Design is a change agent and we use it to enable our clients transform visions into concrete realities that promote new ways of working, sharing knowledge and learning. Based on user-needs, we support them implementing strategies through process planning, design manuals and guidelines, among others.

Every change involves its own process. We create impact through process design that leads to behavioral change. We support our clients in managing visions of change, strategies and engagement processes, in order to innovate their organizations and materialize their visions.

We have a people-focused approach to planning and design. We design workshops that engage relevant stakeholders in activating knowledge and ideas, better formulating goals and visions and challenging the status quo.

We create impact through built projects that offer integrated planning and design. We take the lead in designing frameworks that focus on people and generate change and innovation. We ensure that the vision and concept are materialized by developing the design and strategic frameworks through the implementation.

We make place for strong and characteristic identities. We support our clients in achieving strategic goals by developing and displaying their identity, profile and identities with unique markers. Concept designs, forms and colors, materials and space are all part of the story and the changing of a physical environment. We transform ideas into places.

Our work is rooted in artistic practice. We create impact with exhibitions, events and art installations that shift perceptions and support creativity and critical thinking. Our artistic interventions are cultural kick-starters.

We inspire a shift of paradigm by sharing our ideas and engaging with stakeholders are international conferences on design, innovation and education, among others. We produce ideas and inspiring proposals that kick-start change and development processes.

The design of the wide-ranging learning environment at Sheikh Zayed Private Academy received gold in the Institutional Interior category at the IDA 2017. At the same award ceremony, the Cultural Island was honored with silver for the collection of cultural institutions in Middelfart, Denmark. The international award honors interior design that fulfills space potentials and improves living conditions.

A unanimous jury appointed the VILLUM Window Collection as winner of The Danish Light Prize 2015. For the exhibition, which presents 300 historical windows from the 17th century and onwards, jury chairman Anne Bay states: “The light is an indispensable and deeply integrated part of the exhibition. The many special lighting tasks are solved with great precision and a playful approach. The lighting of the exhibition tells the window's history to the guests through the light. The solutions are tailored to each story that is staged and disseminated.”

The Children's Library in Billund was among the finalists in the international architectural award Architizer A+ Awards 2017. The design presents a playful learning landscape where imaginative destinations invite the visitor to let their inner child explore.

In 2016, both the Children's Library in Billund and Vittra Södermalm were nominated in the Better Learning category at the Danish Design Award. To the Children's Library, the jury said: "This design employs an original and different way of learning and of using the library. Libraries face a huge challenge from digitization, as everything goes online. Here, a physical space is re-created for reading and learning. It is going to create significant value for users in terms of better learning by virtue of its understanding of how learning happens and the optimization of the learning situation itself. Moreover, the design clearly shows concern for aesthetic qualities."

Sheikh Zayed Private Academy was in 2016 shortlisted in the category Healthcare & Education for the INSIDE Awards. The prestigious award celebrates every year the world's best interior design.

For the Ministry of Education in Argentina, we have developed a design manual for how the physical framework of schools can support a pedagogical reform for the country's secondary schools (7th–10th grade). The manual is based on insights from extensive user processes and analyses of present school infrastructure.

For the leading IB school Western Academy of Beijing, we created a campus masterplan and new spatial learning prototypes creating a coherent learning journey from early years to high school.

For the 111 nationalities attending the IB school Vienna International School, we have developed a global vision preparing the school for learning in 2030 with a focus on optimizing the use of existing square meters and introducing differentiated learning environments.

For Al Ain Educational, the organization behind Sheikh Zayed Private Academy, we have created a design that has transformed the school in Abu Dhabi to a differentiated learning environment. The new spaces support various learning styles and skills needed for the 21st century.

For the Danish window manufacturer, we have established a line of exhibition sites that activate the window as cultural heritage. With VELUX Collection, we have created a vibrant presentation of skylights, while the VILLUM Window Collection puts window history into play with exciting experiences and hands-on demonstrations. Besides, we have designed the KR Exhibition and the exhibition for the VELUX Foundations.

For the Swedish school organization Vittra, we have developed a design manual that has resulted in three schools in Stockholm: Telefonplan, Södermalm and Brotorp. The design solutions are created on basis of user processes with students, teachers and school organization and have involved the schools' unique pedagogy.

For LEGO Group, we have designed the development department LEGO PMD and built a new reception and welcome area for the head office in Billund. In continuance, we have created a design manual so the entire LEGO head office can become an equally creative and playful workspace as the environment for LEGO PMD.

For the Municipality in Middelfart, Denmark, we have designed Cultural Island, that creates a platform for cultural knowledge and local proximity, working as an extension of the cultural community in Middelfart.
