Room and interior support tomorrow's educational methods in our design solution at Vittra School Brotorp.

The students meet a customized library, a multi-colored stage and a particular common area for the youngest in the school's kindergarten area. Here a green structure bends through space in various formations and opens a sprawling play and exploration landscape.

The structure is built to match the children's height so they can find composure in the small niches and caves, while the adults can easily observe the entire room.

Not two children are alike, and everyone has different learning needs. This is the prerequisite for the educational work at Vittra School Brotorp, which is based on interdisciplinary methods and new technologies with the individual student at the center.

As part of the design solution, we have divided the school into three sections with diversified zones, heights and spaces that will meet the students' learning stages – and at the same time serve as educational tools for their individual needs.

Vittra School Brotorp is developed according to our design guide for new learning landscapes at Vittra schools based on the design of Vittra School Telefonplan. The design guide presents guidelines for designing the physical space as an educational tool and provides specific guidance on space needs, space planning, lighting, acoustics, standard furniture and custom designs.
