Lecture at the Children's Food House in Copenhagen
Where
On November 14, Rosan Bosch is doing a lecture at Copenhagen Food House. Copenhagen Food House has since 2007 been working on creating a sustainable, healthy and lively food culture. Among other things, they have worked with concepts and projects targeted schools.
Copenhagen Food House is among other things motivating children and teenagers to learn more about healthy foods and making education relevant in new educational formats, such as the Children's Food House, ‘Food Colony’ and the Children's Foodtruck.
Children are born curious. Aarstidernes project ‘From Garden to Tummy’, is just one of many examples on how education can be turned into meaningful experiences outside of the classroom rather than the traditional education in square classrooms, as well as thinking multidisciplinary and giving children both knowledge of nature and their bodies, while at the same time giving them the skills to, for instance, grow vegetables and cook them.
