Vittra Telefonplan Included as Pioneer Example in Prestigious Research Project
Rosan Bosch Studios ground-breaking design solution for the Swedish free school, Vittra Telefonplan, is included as a pioneer example in the research project ‘Children Transforming Spatial Design: Creative Encounters with Children’ (2013-2016) at The University of Sheffield, School of Architecture.
The research is based on well-established studies about children’s participation and design participation, but shifts the focus to the little-studied dialogue and interactions between the designer and the child. This way, the research aims to find out more about what actually happens in this exchange and to better understand such interactions impackt on the creative process and the design.
