How can you learn to perform under stress? What do social contexts mean for young athletes? And what does a school for the athletes of tomorrow look like?

As a former NBA and ACB professional basketball player, Pepe Sánchez knows the pressure for a young athlete. He now works as the Director of Weber Bahia Basket team and the Dow Center, a school for young basketball players, where he creates a stimulating framework for exponential learning with a strong focus on pedagogy, community-building and emotional wellbeing. In the sixth Learning Inspired conversation, Rosan Bosch discusses how to improve both sport achievement and learning by approaching the young athletes as whole human beings.

The conversation is in English with Spanish subtitles.
