Play is Our Most Important Tool for Innovation
Play is central to how children learn – how they make sense of their world, shape ideas and think creatively together.
For a society always on the lookout for new ideas, play is a powerful source of innovative thinking, for both children and adults. When we are playing, we can do anything – literally anything we are able to imagine: utilize the energy of sea waves, invent new languages or explore from the perspective of an ant. Playful thinking involves radical experiments, constructing hypotheses and reevaluating them on the go. We can fail, try again and succeed.
At Rosan Bosch Studio, we work strategically to create spatial contexts and engaging places where play can unfold and flourish, where the environment works as a catalyst for curiosity and imagination.
We believe the spaces of schools need to encourage play. We work strategically to create playful learning environments that inspire children to activate their bodies, think interdisciplinary, share joyful experiences and give them possibilities to act on their creative impulses.
